"I contacted Lindsey with Pegg Properties in July to discuss listing my house. She quickly had Jess setup an appointment to come see the house, talk about comps, our list price and answered all of our questions related to the home, selling and repairs. We were very much on the same page with things.

We filled out all of the listing paperwork which was very simple through the loop and enabled my husband and I to do it remotely since we had moved already. Very efficient and convenient.

Jess and team made themselves available to meet contractors, repairmen, and even jumped in when we had a semi-emergency at the house following the buyers inspection since we were too far away to handle it.
